By using PrismaCV, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You may not use PrismaCV for unlawful or abusive behavior.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Upload malicious content or interfere with platform stability.
• Scrape or reverse engineer the product beyond what applicable law allows.

Subscription and billing

• Paid features require an active subscription plan.
• Billing is processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms.
• Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the selected plan terms and applicable law.

Intellectual property

PrismaCV and its software, branding, and documentation are owned by PrismaCV or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you create in your account.

Service availability

We work to keep PrismaCV available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrismaCV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
